Requirements to Join the SSI Stress & Rescue Course

• Minimum age of 12 years.
• Open Water Diver certification.
• A valid O2 Provider, First Aid and CPR certification within the last 2 years.*
• Complete a medical questionnaire to ensure you’re fit to dive safely.
